Honing Work

In order to achieve the highest degree of dimensional and form accuracy, the fine machining process honing is the final manufacturing process.

Certain areas of application in mechanical engineering make honing of bores a prerequisite, e.g. fitting bolt holes. Special requirements for dimensional accuracy and surface quality of bores are met by honing.
